How an order moves from your first message to a working screen on site — and who is responsible at each step.
Every order is matched to the manufacturing partner whose line builds that cabinet type, then specified, inspected and shipped under Showledtronics's responsibility. The specification, the quality control and the export process are ours — and so is the responsibility for what ships.
You send the screen size, viewing distance, installation type and market. We confirm the right series, pitch and cabinet, or tell you honestly that another series fits better.
For each order we select the manufacturing partner whose line actually builds that cabinet type — not whoever has capacity — so the module platform, firmware and spare parts stay consistent.
Cabinet drawing, module layout, power and signal plan, colour and brightness target and packing method are confirmed in writing before production starts.
Module visual check, ageing test, colour and brightness calibration, cabinet flatness, power and signal test — recorded with photos before the goods are packed.
Flight cases for rental, plywood cases for fixed installation, container loading plan and full export documentation. Remote commissioning support and spare-parts planning after delivery.
Inspection records and photos are shared with you before shipment on request.
Different cabinet types — outdoor fixed, fine pitch, rental, transparent — are built on different lines with different tooling. Instead of forcing every order through one set of machines, we match each project to the partner whose line builds that product family every day.
That keeps the module platform, firmware and spare parts consistent across your order while giving you direct access to someone who answers for the specification.
Send us your pixel pitch, screen size, viewing distance and installation environment — we will reply with a suitable model, quotation and datasheet.
