Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers ask before an LED screen order. If yours is not here, send it and we will answer it directly.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Screen width and height (or the wall drawing), indoor or outdoor, the viewing distance, installation type (fixed, rental or wall-mounted), the market you sell in, and the quantity. With those we can name the right series and pitch and send a quotation the same working day in most cases.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the series and the configuration, so we state the exact MOQ in writing on the quotation rather than quoting a blanket number here. For standard series we regularly quote single-cabinet and sample orders for evaluation.

What is the lead time?

Lead time is confirmed on the quotation and counted from deposit and drawing approval. It varies by series because outdoor fixed, fine pitch, rental and transparent cabinets are built on different lines.

What warranty do you provide?

Warranty terms are stated per series on the quotation and the invoice, together with what is covered (modules, power supplies, receiving cards) and how a claim is handled.

Can you supply spare parts later?

Yes. Spare modules, power supplies, receiving cards and cables stay available because the series share a common module platform. We recommend ordering a small spare kit with the first shipment.

Can you print our logo and ship under our brand?

Yes — OEM and private-label supply is normal for us: cabinet colour, logo on the cabinet and packaging, and the control software branding can be configured to your specification.

How are the screens packed?

Rental series ship in flight cases with wheels. Outdoor and indoor fixed cabinets ship in plywood cases with module-level protection. Loading plans and packing lists are issued before shipment.

Do you provide installation?

We provide remote commissioning support, cabinet layout and structural drawings, and power/heat figures for your installer. Where a project needs on-site work, we coordinate it with a local partner in your market.

Which certificates are available?

It depends on the series and on your market's requirements. Tell us the destination country and we will confirm in writing which certificates the selected series can be supplied with.

What payment terms do you accept?

Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the proforma invoice, together with the Incoterm and the shipping method.

Commercial terms are confirmed in writing on the quotation, because they depend on the series, the quantity and the destination. Ask us and you will get a specific answer for your project.
